Getting Help During a Live Poker Session

Team online

Live Chat During Play

If your stream drops mid-hand or a bet does not settle as expected, open live chat directly from the table screen and an agent picks it up without making you leave the game.

Account Dispute Path

For hand history queries or round disputes, go to your account transaction log, find the round ID, and submit it through our support form so the team can review the exact dealing record.

Connection Recovery

A disconnected live poker round is logged server-side. Rejoin the table from your session history and the hand outcome will already be settled in your account balance.

bdg9 Inside Our Live Poker Table Selection

Inside Our Live Poker Table Selection

Our live poker lobby pulls from studios including Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live, so the stream quality and dealer professionalism are consistent across every table. You'll find Casino Hold'em, Three Card Poker and Teen Patti Chase sitting alongside Dragon Tiger rooms for players who want faster rounds. Each table shows its own betting range before you join, so you can pick a

seat that matches your comfort level. Dealers run the action in real time — no RNG, no pre-recorded footage. When a hand ends, the result posts to your account balance immediately. Players in Dhaka and Chittagong have been reaching these tables through our mobile lobby without any desktop required.

HOW WE RUN TABLES

Fair Play and Stream Integrity at bdg9

Certified Studio Feeds Every live poker table we carry comes from a certified studio — Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live publish their own audit records, which cover shuffle procedures and dealing integrity for each session.
Real-Time Hand Records Each round generates a unique hand ID logged on our server. You can request a copy of any hand history through your account, giving you a verifiable record of every card dealt at your table.
Independent Dealing Oversight The dealers operating our Casino Hold'em and Three Card Poker rooms are employed by the studio, not bdg9. That separation keeps the dealing process independent from our platform entirely.
Transparent Betting Ranges Minimum and maximum bet sizes for each live poker table are displayed on the lobby card before you join. There are no hidden table fees or side-charge structures added by our platform.

Live Poker Glossary for Bangladesh Players

What is Casino Hold'em?

Casino Hold'em is a live poker variant where you play against the dealer, not other players. You build a five-card hand using two hole cards and five community cards, aiming to beat the dealer's hand.

What does 'ante' mean in live poker?

The ante is a mandatory bet placed before any cards are dealt. It enters you into the round and determines the base payout scale if your hand beats the dealer's qualifying hand.

What is a qualifying hand in dealer games?

A qualifying hand is the minimum strength the dealer must hold for the round to pay out at full odds. In Casino Hold'em, the dealer must hold at least a pair of fours to qualify.

What does 'fold' mean at a live poker table?

Folding means you forfeit your hand and lose your ante rather than matching the call bet. You fold when your cards are weak and you want to limit your loss for that round.

What is Teen Patti Chase?

Teen Patti Chase is a three-card live poker variant popular across South Asia. Each player receives three cards and competes to hold the highest-ranking hand, with several side-bet options available per round.

What does RTP mean on a live poker table?

RTP stands for Return to Player — the theoretical percentage returned to players over many rounds. Live poker tables only display RTP where the studio publishes it; we do not add or estimate these figures ourselves.

Common Questions About Live Poker Action

Our live poker lobby includes Casino Hold'em, Three Card Poker, Teen Patti Chase and Dragon Tiger rooms from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live studios. Table availability may vary depending on your region and account status.

Yes — all live poker tables in our lobby are accessible from a mobile browser without downloading anything. The dealer feed adjusts to your screen size automatically, and the betting controls stay reachable with one hand.

The lobby card for each table shows a live indicator and current dealer status. If a table is at capacity or temporarily closed for a shift change, the card shows that clearly before you click in.

The hand continues server-side and the result settles automatically. When you reconnect and return to the table, your account balance reflects the outcome and the round ID appears in your transaction history.

Every dealer is a real person operating from a certified studio — Evolution or Pragmatic Play Live. The stream runs live with no pre-recorded footage, so the pacing and interaction are exactly what you'd expect from a real table.

Find the round ID in your account transaction log and submit a dispute through our support form. The team reviews the studio's dealing record for that specific hand and responds through your registered account contact.
